Our Recent Project in Northwest DC
How it Started
Like most good stories, this one started with a leap. At 25 and without a construction background, we bought a 100-year-old bungalow in Brookland, DC that we gutted and expanded. At the first walkthrough, we’ll never forget our contractor asked, “So you already own this?”
We turned the house into a home—and still live in it today. This project set everything else in motion.
How it’s Going
Today, we’re hands-on every step of the way—whether that’s walking properties, meeting clients, or sourcing materials. We’re lucky to call DC home, a market full that is full of character and opportunity.
Our work now spans DC and Annapolis, and while no two projects are the same, that’s exactly what keeps us on our toes and always improving.
