Our Recent Project in Northwest DC
How it Started
Like most entrepreneurial stories, this one has humble beginnings. At 25, with no construction experience, our founder bought a 100 year old bungalow in Brookland DC that she gutted and added on to with her husband. They’ll never forget when their contractor said at the first walkthrough, “so you already own this?” They turned the house into a home and their family still lives there today, expanding their passion for real estate into a portfolio of investments and client projects.
Our Why
An exceptional family, entrepreneurial itch, and obsession with real estate - that’s the trifecta that keeps us going! And we wouldn’t be where we are today without the incredible partners, clients, tenants, and support system that we are fortunate to have. We’ve come a long way and are even more excited about the journey ahead.
How It’s Going
You can most likely find us at Floor & Decor, meeting with clients, sporting an N95 mask at a potential flip, or anywhere between. We are lucky to call DC home, which is constantly changing and full of properties in our sweet spot - with tons of existing character that need a modern refresh. After countless projects, the truth is that no two are the same, which keeps us on our toes and constantly evolving. We spend a lot of time on Route 50, traveling between our main markets: DC and Annapolis.
